Initial meeting with line manager and HR contact.

An in-depth meeting will be undertaken, the goal of which will be to develop an understanding of the nuances of the role and to fully understand your company culture.

A detailed brief is taken, including the characteristics of the role, skill-set, background and the desired culture fit of the ideal candidates.

Terms are agreed and signed with realistic time bound targets, which will coincide with your deadline for the role(s). This will establish an exclusive partnership between Fulton Garrick and your business, with support provided in a results orientated, honest and transparent environment.

Thorough and efficient market analysis

Fulton Garrick will provide a detailed search of the market and are evaluated against the brief given.

A research strategy is adapted to the specifics of the target market.

We will position the analysis, assessing the dynamism of the candidate's market, salary level and availability.

Research

Research is launched via a direct and targeted approach utilising our network, database and high performance sourcing tools.

Contact is made with identified targets.

Interviews are held in person with candidates interested in the position and will be considered for our final shortlist.

Selection

After our assessments are held and completed, they are fully evaluated.

A shortlist of quality candidates will be compiled.

The shortlist of CV's will be submitted with profiles of each candidate. This will include character  information that has been garnered from our search.
