We want you to be able to create the kind of weekend retreat that works for you – a perfect combination of being active and chilling out. So, while there is a daily schedule, all the activities are optional and you’ll have some free time too.

If you want non-stop activity, you can fill your time here with fitness classes, yoga, surfing and long coastal walks. If you’d prefer a more gentle retreat, choose short rambles, yoga and relaxing in the spa.

All your meals are included during your stay. We understand the importance of healthy, nutritious food – think smoothie bowls, tasty salads and other delicious meals that are locally sourced and freshly prepared by the hotel chefs.
